Austin is of counsel with the firm, and has been practicing law since 1993. Austin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Political Science. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 1993.
Austin concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Probate and Business. He is a member of the Montgomery County (Tennessee) and Tennessee Bar Associations and is also a member of the Tennessee County Attorneys Association. He is also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa, and Kiwanis Club.
