Biography

Hailee was raised right outside of Nashville, Tennessee, where she attended St. Cecilia Academy. She then began her time in college at The University of Alabama. There, she joined her sorority, Sigma Delta Tau, and served as the Assistant Vice President of Recruitment.

From there, Hailee attended Austin Peay State University, where she double majored in English and History. While at APSU, she was involved in student organizations, becoming a member of both Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society and Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society. She also held a number of leadership positions, serving as the Student Vice President of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, the Vice President of the Catholic Student Association, and the Secretary of Relay for Life.

Hailee was also involved with the Student Government Association at Austin Peay, which set her on her legal journey. She first served as a Senator for the College of Arts and Letters before being elected as Executive Secretary. While doing so, she was able to serve as both a Representative and a Senator for the Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislator as Head Delegate for APSU. It was through this experience that Hailee began to learn about and develop her passion for the legal field.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Austin Peay, Hailee attended law school at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. She received and maintained a full tuition scholarship and continued to hold leadership positions, serving as a Senator for the Student Bar Association and as Secretary for her school’s chapter of the Federalist Society. While in law school, Hailee’s primary area of interest was litigation, which she pursued through her studies and through her internship under the Honorable Judge Dee David Gay in the Sumner County Criminal Court.

Following graduation, Hailee began her practice in Civil Litigation, which is her primary area of practice at Batson Nolan.

In her free time, Hailee enjoys reading, creative writing, attending concerts, and spending time with her family.
